7. International transfers

We operate from outside the European Union, and some of our providers process data in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from yours. Where personal data from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses included in our providers' data processing terms, or the provider's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.

8. Operator access to your account

To provide support, investigate technical problems, correct credit errors and prevent abuse, authorized personnel of Ange Ingabire LLC can view account information, including your email, profile, credit history, project titles and account activity, through a restricted administration tool. Access is limited to named administrator accounts, every credit adjustment is logged with the administrator's identity and a written reason, and we access account data only when there is a legitimate reason to do so.

The Platform uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic settings. This storage is strictly necessary for the Platform to work, so it does not require your consent.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics. If we add any non-essential cookies or analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

10. How long we keep your data

11. Your rights

11.1 For everyone

Whatever your location, you can:

11.2 EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland

You have the right to:

11.3 California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion, to request correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit.

11.4 Other countries

If you live in another country with data protection laws, you have the rights those laws provide, and we will honor valid requests.

11.5 How to exercise your rights

Email info@angeingabire.com from the email address linked to your account, stating which right you wish to exercise. To protect your account, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within one month, or sooner where local law requires. Where a request is complex or numerous, we may extend this by up to two further months and will tell you why. Requests are free, unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

12. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that data will never be accessed without authorization. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. If we become aware of a personal data breach likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

13. Children

The Platform is intended for people 18 years of age or older and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Do Not Track

Because we do not track users across third-party websites, we do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals differently.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Platform, our providers or the law. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top, and for material changes we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or a notice on the Platform, before they take effect.

16. Language

This policy is available in English and French. If there is any inconsistency between the two versions, the version in the language of the Platform version you used will prevail, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
